Until further notice, due to Covid-19, all Non-Cannabis products that have been purchased through our online store are considered final. If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping or deemed defective, contact us at email@example.com. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
All Cannabis based products are considered final sale; exclusions include product recalls.
If you have received a product that you believe is not of expected quality, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
